For added security the hard drives will be turned over upon exercise completion.Along with the three servers, each rough transit case includes, tape backup, a Dell PowerConnect 2708 network switch, an Uninterruptible Power Supply, and a KVM rack mounted display and keyboard unit for administration. Both the front and rear panels of the rough transit case are removable, which allows for all the equipment to be utilized from within the case itself. In addition to the hardware, the Exercise and Deployment Services also includes online user training for up to 25 students, a four-hour administrator course, and one day of on-site consulting with an Ezenia Collaboration Specialist. Ezenia is also providing customers with the option to have an Ezenia Collaboration Specialist deploy with them to ensure a quick and successful installation. Starting this month, Ezenia is also offering CollaborPack 25, its answer to customer requests for a complete turnkey solution. One of Ezenia’s Collaboration Specialists will provide one day of on-site pre-implementation consulting to ensure that the customer’s servers are configured to their exact specifications.
