(OTCBB: EZEN.OB), a leading market provider of secure real-time collaboration solutions for government networks and eGovernment, has announced an agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to promote and implement an enterprise-wide and joint offering of Ezenia!’s total network solution, InfoWorkSpace (IWS).
Ezenia!’s success with global security, intelligence, and warfighting organizations will be significantly enhanced by teaming with this highly qualified global service provider; one which already has vast IWS experience, and a strong infrastructure to support the government’s enterprise-wide implementations. SAIC’s expertise in consulting, application development, and project services combined with Ezenia!’s award-winning collaboration tool, InfoWorkSpace, creates a capability that will uniquely provide a new generation of integrated collaborative, communications interoperability, and crisis management solutions. This agreement lays the foundation for a long-term relationship to bilaterally provide products and services to the federal government through parties’ respective contract vehicles, as well as to expand their markets into other public sector arenas.
The growth and expansion of the IWS franchise will allow Ezenia! and SAIC to better serve the customer base both organizations currently share. Driven by the federal government’s demand for secure, robust, and scalable collaboration tools, initial activities contemplated are for the installation of IWS servers at SAIC.
