Ezenia! Inc. Announces Fielding of InfoWorkSpace, SP3

Nashua, NH, May 03, 2010 – Ezenia! Inc. (OTCBB: EZEN.OB), a leading market provider of real-time collaboration solutions for corporate and government networks and eBusiness, announced today the release and immediate availability of Ezenia InfoWorkSpace™ Service Pack 3, the next generation of its most powerful and secure information-sharing application suite.

“When your client list includes the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, anything less than the best just isn’t good enough”, stated Mike Fitzell, Ezenia Vice President of Engineering. “Service Pack 3 is a demonstration of our unwavering commitment to provide the best real-time information sharing and collaboration software available.”

The upgrade involved a comprehensive overhaul of the Graphical User Interface, making it an easier, faster, and more intuitive experience for the user sans any learning curve. Service Pack 3 for InfoWorkSpace™ is such a seamless upgrade; there is no need to re-train current users on how the application suite works. Additional improvements include secure multi-lingual dynamic message translation, a multitude of system performance enhancements, and much anticipated flexibility to operate in a virtualized environment, thereby achieving effective fault tolerance via high availability and instant recovery, and eliminating the need for dedicated servers.

“In today’s global community and economy, overcoming language barriers to provide clear communication, precise semantics, and accurate execution is imperative,” added Mr. Fitzell. “In many instances, mission-critical operations are conducted with multi-national participants within a coalition or corporation. With this new capability of multi-lingual dynamic translation our clients can, now more than ever, rely on InfoWorkSpace™ to allow participants to converse in their native languages, thereby creating a much more natural, productive, effective, and friendly environment to share information and collaborate.”

“Introduced to accelerate development, minimize cost, and maximize the flexibility of deployment, InfoWorkSpace™ now can operate with its complete and rich functionality in a virtual environment by leveraging a combination of storage applications and virtualization software,” further noted Mr. Fitzell. “The use of virtualized servers not only saves cost and space, facilitates deployment, but also creates an impressive benefit for InfoWorkSpace™ users, including the delivery of a simplified Disaster Recovery/ Continuity of Operations (DRCOOP) option not previously available”.
